Brett Cross at his local bus stopBrett Cross joined Ozanam Industries in 2004. He is a bubbly and friendly young man and is an integral member of our West Ryde team.

When Brett Cross was growing up, his parents encouraged him to be independent, despite being born with spina bifida. For years he has wheeled his way across the city, discovering that his access to distant places increased as more wheelchair-accessible buses become available.

On 20 July 2015, he found his travel suddenly limited, as those buses were removed from the afternoon peak hour on route 573 - the loop between Turramurra station and Fox Valley.
